Shane Gore

Born in Ashford Kent 1981, Shane was with Wimbledon FC (now mk dons) as a schoolboy before signing as a YTS for two years. Shane was then a Professional for nearly 4 years and made his debut as a substitute with his first touch, saving a penalty!

Shane was understudy to Kelvin Davis (now at Southampton) and trained alongside the likes of Neil Sullivan, Paul Heald and Davis.

Shane then moved to Barnet where in his first season he made the playoff finals but lost on penalties to Shrewsbury Town receiving 'Man of the Match' in both legs.

The following season Shane won the conference with Barnett and was promoted to league two.

Last season Shane moved to Stevenage Borough FC but hardly played. So he then moved to Havant and Waterlooville FC in the conference South and at the time of writing he is on the verge of the playoff stages having played 45 times this season so far. Having worked with the likes of Mick Payne (England non league coach), Dave Watson (Notts forest),Paul Heald (mk dons) Gary Philips(Barnet), Stuart Murdock (former Wimbledon manager/gk coach), Shane has got A LOT to offer North London and Hertfordshire Goalkeepers.
