Dave is a highly experienced goalkeeper and coach. He has played at a Semi professional level in the English and Welsh Pyramid systems for nearly 15 years and gained valuable experience along the way.
David's playing experience included playing many years in the Welsh league, playing for Chirk AAA and Welshpool, were he played combined over a decade of semi professional goalkeeping. Gaining players player of the year and manager's player of the year awards, most years!
Once his playing career ended he has successfully managed adult sides to league titles and several finals and then Coached Under 8/9 and Under 11 sides to League tiles and League Cup finals gaining a burgeoning reputation along the way.
He is now a qualified Goalkeeper coach for the West Bromwich Albion Development Centre, Shrewsbury, and a key link to the West Brom Academy as it is his responsibility to put forward the keepers under his wing for trials as and when he believes they are ready to attend.
His coaching philosophy is that kids will only learn and improve if they are enjoying themselves and so every session with every child, whatever their age and ability, is designed to be this way.
Dave is a FA qualified Coach and has a fully enhanced CRB, Child Protection Cert and Emergency First Aid Certificate.

Hi Dave , it's Jordan. We met in Aberyswyth at the 2 day tournament when i was playing for Barmouth. The new season is abput to start , and i was just wondering if anything is happening at the moment. About to move up to u14's now :)
