Enterprise Champions Awards 2007 winners
In 2007 Just4Keepers was entered into the prestige 'Enterprise Champions Echo' Awards' for the work that they have done with their children/students in the eight years that they have been running their goalkeeper schools.
One thing that went in their favour was even though they are a business that needs to stay profitable, Just4Keepers still managed to donate over £10,000 back into grassroots football clubs in 2007!
And as what one echo judge said....'Most professional football clubs do not donate this much!!!'
Out of nearly 10,000 entries, Just4Keepers Goalkeeper schools came out on top, winning the top award for its hard work for children/goalkeepers.
In front of nearly 1000 diners, Just4Keepers founder Ray Newland stated, 'This is a very proud moment for myself and every J4K coach who has worked hard over the years to give local children the opportunity that we never had growing up!' ...
'It truly is an honour to have helped so many children over the years it has made me a very humble guy!
'... I would like to thank everyone who has put in the effort to make J4K the success it is today, we are now helping children across seven countries worldwide to develop their goalkeeping skills, long may it continue.'
